Fan Tables

Are you an organization looking for new members? A convention bid in need of backers? A nonprofit trying to spread the word? Our Fan Tables may be just what you need!

Groups who plan to attend WisCon and are able to staff the tables throughout the Dealers’ Room open hours bring materials about their project and sometimes even small giveaways to attract conversation.

There are a limited number of Fan Table spaces available outside our Dealers’ Room every year; these tables are free of cost and are reserved prior to the convention. The tables are in a high-traffic area and electrical outlets may be available as well. Preference is given to groups whose projects support marginalized groups or are relevant to explorations of feminism, gender, race, class, and disability.

To apply for a Fan Table, contact us at any time between the end of the prior WisCon and March 1 prior to the next WisCon.

Our Fan Tables follow standard hours every year:
Friday:  2-6pm
Saturday – Sunday: 10am-6pm
Monday: 10am-2pm
