Applications for space in the WisCon Dealers' Room will be accepted through February 28 each year. This form will remain open between February 28 and April 30 for vendors who wish to be added to the Dealers' Room waitlist. Applications made after April 30 are rolled over to the following WisCon.
All vendors will be notified of their status by March 15 prior to the upcoming convention.
No payment for tables is required until you have been notified that you have been awarded space in the Dealers' Room; payment details will be communicated at that time. Payment is due by May 15 to retain table space.
Table payments do not include convention registration fees, which are required to remain in the Dealer's Room during the open hours of the convention. Convention registration fees may be paid at any time, including at the door. Find out more about registering for WisCon on wiscon.net.
